Drop-off: Saturday, April 6, 2024 (11am -1pm)
Reception: Saturday, April 27, 2024 (1-4pm)
Pick-Up: Saturday, May 18, 2024 (3-4pm)
The West Orange Arts Council (WOAC) would like to invite all our members, from the emerging artist to the professional, to enter UNTITLED Small Works Show, an event of big talent on a small scale. WOAC provides gallery space, marketing support (calendar listings, press release, social media, and emails to contacts). Artists are encouraged to gallery assist at the West Orange Arts Center when open (Saturdays 12 – 4pm). An artist’s presence helps work sell, connects our community & is a welcome part of exhibit operations.
NOTE
Artists must be WOAC members. Join at www.woarts.org
ALL WORK MUST BE WIRED FOR HANGING! No sawtooth hangers.
No work will be accepted without being wired.
1-3 pieces accepted per artist
Maximum Size: 20” in any direction
Maximum Weight: 20 lbs (Small 3D pieces considered)
West Orange Arts Council commission is 25% of all sales
Follow these steps to join
1. Complete and pay for Pre-Registration online here – CLICK HERE and enter via Google forms. Please include a JPEG images to be considered for promotion.
NOTE Pre-Registration online costs $15 (via item #1 above), Or, Pay at door $20 at time of drop-off (April 6th).
2. CLICK HERE to Print and Fill out form for Loan Agreement & Inventory Sheet (pages 2-3). Bring it at drop-off day (April 6th).
3. Attach labels to the back of your pieces. Use labels on page 4 of the registration form (item #2) above.
