Gallery Jury Process
Proposals should be presented on standard size paper (8-1/2" x 11") and sheets should not be stapled or bound together. Please do not include folders, binders, or other elaborate paper holders.

Exhibit Guidelines
Gift Shop Jury Process
Fill out the Gift Shop submission form and bring it and a selection of your work into the WOAC. Work can be dropped off at anytime during gift shop hours. The Gift Shop Committee meets every other month or once we have a significant number of artists to review. The WOAC Gift Shop Director will contact each artist and notify him/her of the jury’s decision. If declined, artists are welcome to resubmit at any time. However, art that has not been accepted must be retrieved immediately from the Gift Shop. Click here to learn more...

Please note that pieces that have been declined must be retrieved immediately. Artists who have failed to claim their pieces will be billed shipping costs accordingly.
The West Orange Arts Center receives a 25% commission from all sales. Please include this in your retail price. However, the WOAC is a non-profit organization. Therefore, the commission may be claimed as a tax-deductible contribution.
