The West Orange Arts Council (WOAC) would like to invite all our members, from the emerging artist to the professional, to submit work for “Summer Lovin’: Artsy Grooves & Good Vibes” A 70s-Themed Pop-Up short-run show with a laid-back summer vibe. All mediums welcome — from collage to crochet, acrylic to acid wash. Celebrate the spirit of the 1970s — peace signs, disco balls, bell bottoms, soul, surf, vinyl, and vibrant color. As West Orange honors teen idol David Cassidy with a historical marker event, we’re inviting West Orange Arts Council artists to tap into the music, fashion, and pop culture for this fast, fun, and funky pop-up art exhibit. WOAC provides gallery space, marketing support (calendar listings, press release, social media, and emails to contacts).

$15 participation contribution with 2 hours gallery assisting at the West Orange Arts Center when open (Tuesdays 6-8pm & Saturdays 2- 4pm). An artist’s presence helps work sell and is crucial to gallery operations.
